VEGETABLE YAKISOBA
Ingredients
40 grams of cabbage
40 grams of broccoli
40 grams of spinach
40 grams of chard (acelga)
How to make it!!!
Braise the vegetables with butter (1/2 a spoon only during 3 minutes)
Add Sakê ( 3 soup spoons) add a bit of salt, spice with a bit of salt and ajinomoto
Add to the vegetables
200 grams of baked nissim noodles
1 soup spoon of shoyu
1 coffee spoon of sesame ( gergerlim)
2 and 1/2 soup spoons of tonkatsu
Flavor and Health!!! Have a nice dinner!!!
