As we can see the crisis is for all!
It began in USA.
Why?
Because of the over consumption stimulated by the excess of
credit making it easy for everyone to buy, without money and
without thinking.
The Central Bank of USA and Europe had no laws to control the over consumption stimulated by the bank.
Which resulted into a crisis, the banks would offer credit to
unemployed and without a monthly
budget ( income).
How could this people buy anything ?
The debt would be transformed into negotiable papers
and sold to other funds of finnancial institutions.
Without any control or security.
The crisis can be resumed into a big snow ball of papers.
